The first step to attracting better results in your life starts by becoming aware of your current vibration - what you are sending out. Just like a magnet, you start attracting to you whatever is in resonance with your current vibration - may it be people, circumstances, situations, etc...
Most often, we are not aware. Our habitual thoughts and feelings are usually in control, and we tend to let outside results, situations dictate what we think about.
Your job is to become aware.
Once you are aware, you can make a conscious choice to alter your vibration - and it starts with your thoughts. Thoughts trigger a vibration - in fact, thoughts trigger feelings. Notice those and choose thoughts that are in harmony with your goal vs. letting your current results control your thoughts and feelings. This is where you truly own the power to create your own destiny.
